• Delivery Timeframes: We aim to deliver your order within Five business days for locations within Uganda. Deliveries to more remote areas may take slightly longer. You will be notified of the estimated delivery timeframe during checkout.
• Delivery Options: We offer various delivery options to suit your needs. You can choose from standard delivery, express delivery, or pick-up at a designated location (if applicable). Shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout based on your chosen option.
• Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor your order’s progress in real-time.

Returns & Refunds: When Things Don’t Go As Planned

We understand that sometimes situations arise where you might need to return an item. Here’s what you need to know about our return and refund policy:

• Eligibility for Returns: You can return most unused and unopened items within 21 days of receipt. Exceptions may apply for certain products, so please review the product description carefully.
