• All designs remain the property of BrandAds until full payment is made.
• Clients must ensure they have rights to any logos, images, or content provided.
• We are not liable for copyright infringement arising from client-supplied materials.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

• Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are generally not offered.
• Defective or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
